    I have been a customer of Fat Straws for years. In particular this location, & from the time they opened for business. I do love their drinks but now that I live in Tarrant county, I have to make special trips. I wanted to share a smoothie with my little one and try a mochie (?) donut but I never received it, yet it is on my receipt as paid. Holding my baby and both our drinks, I was distracted but was still there with enough time for them to fulfill my entire order. I called them but received no answer and was sent to voicemail. I left them a message and days later, I have yet received a call w/some type of response. Very disappointing to know that the customer service is simply not good. Sad.

    I love this place 😍❤️, they are very friendly. They have not blend my smoothie well before but otherwise they are very good.

    The service is great but the boba isn’t the quality that I was expecting. For me I felt that the bubbles in the drink were not really good. If you go somewhere to get boba and you want good quality go somewhere else.
